Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use PPF KSA (ppfksa.com), why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are.

In short

  • We don't use cookies to track visitors, and we don't store anything in your browser for that purpose.
  • We only store your language choice (Arabic or English) in a small cookie, so the site opens in your language next time.
  • We don't store your IP address.
  • We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
  • The only personal data we receive is what you type into the site's forms yourself.

1. General statistics

To improve the directory, we record anonymous events such as: the page visited, a tap on the WhatsApp, call or directions button for a shop, the device type (mobile or computer), and searches made on the site.

  • To tell visits apart we use an encrypted code that changes every day and cannot be linked to you or to your visits on other days.
  • If you type a mobile number or an email into the search box, we remove it before saving.
  • We keep visit records for 6 months, and tap and search records for 25 months; they are then deleted automatically (only totals remain).

2. Forms you fill in

When you use the «Add your shop», «Confirm ownership» or «Report wrong information» forms, we receive what you type, such as your name, mobile number or email, and the shop's details.

  • We use this data only to review your request and contact you about it.
  • Shop information (name, business contact number, location, services) may be published in the directory after verification, because that is the purpose of the request.
  • Your personal details as the sender are deleted automatically 12 months after the request is closed.

3. Contacting shops

When you tap the WhatsApp or call button, you are taken directly to the shop. We don't see your conversation with the shop. The ready-made WhatsApp message mentions that you found the shop through PPF KSA, and you can edit it before sending.

4. Spam protection on forms

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to check that the sender is not a bot. Cloudflare may process some technical information for this purpose under its own policy.

5. Services that help us run the site

We host the site and its data with trusted providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare (domain, images and protection). These providers process data on our behalf and only to run the site. Map links on shop pages open Google Maps and are subject to Google's policy.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data you sent us. Email hello@ppfksa.com and we will reply as soon as possible.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
